Pricing FAQ
Is the AI usage included, or do I need a separate ChatGPT/Claude subscription?
Included. Every plan covers the model usage. You log in to app.reagentclaw.com, fill out a short form for the tool you want, and get a polished output. No other AI account required.
What counts as a "generation"?
One run of one tool — submitting the form and getting a complete output. Refining an existing output (asking for it shorter, warmer, more luxury, etc.) does NOT count toward the monthly limit. Most agents use 30–80 generations a month.
What happens if I hit my limit?
You'll see a soft cap message in the app. We never charge overage automatically. You can either wait until the next monthly reset, refine existing outputs (which don't count), or upgrade your plan from the billing page.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — one click in the customer portal. Monthly cancels at the end of the billing period (you keep access until then). Annual is refundable pro-rata in the first 30 days. Lifetime is one-time and refundable in the first 14 days.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee, which acts like a no-risk trial. Sign up, use the tools for a couple of weeks, and if it's not earning its keep, email us for a full refund.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. We use the OpenAI API with the no-training opt-out enabled. Your inputs and outputs aren't used to train any model — ours or anyone else's.
Do you offer team or brokerage pricing?
Yes. Email hello@reagentclaw.com with your team size and we'll set up a brokerage seat plan. Each agent gets their own brand voice and output history.
